Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure that each item is carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow this processing time before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, delivery is expected within 14-25 business days depending on your location. The exact delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, carrier delays, or weather disruptions.
Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, holidays, customs, or shipping carrier delays can extend the delivery time. Any delays beyond the estimated shipping timeframe are not the responsibility of the seller and will be handled according to the policies of the shipping carrier. If an order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will notify you as soon as we are informed.
Customs & International Shipping
For international orders, customs clearance and import regulations may cause additional delays. Shipping times for international orders may extend up to 30 business days. The seller is not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or duties that may apply to international shipments. Please be aware that any additional costs associated with customs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, the seller is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your local carrier or postal service to resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In the case of a lost package, please allow up to 30 days for the carrier to resolve the issue before filing a claim.
Address Verification
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. The seller is not liable for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping caused by factors outside of the seller’s control, including customs delays, weather, or carrier issues. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns due to delayed shipping or change of mind are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size of your order and delivery location. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed shipping, except as noted above in case of defective or damaged goods.
